At Bougie Home, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment has been received. During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier services selected. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Candle Shipping & Warm Weather Conditions
Our candles are crafted using premium coconut and apricot wax, which may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures for extended periods.
During warmer months, we take additional care when packaging orders; however, Bougie Home cannot guarantee that candles will not experience minor cosmetic changes during transit. In most cases, slight softening or surface imperfections do not affect product performance or fragrance quality.
We recommend retrieving packages promptly upon delivery and avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Bougie Home is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
While we will do our best to assist with carrier claims and resolutions, Bougie Home is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the continental United States. We are not able to ship our room sprays to AK, HI or PR.
