Bougie Home began with a belief that fragrance can do more than scent a space—it can transport us, shape the atmosphere around us, and connect us to places and moments worth remembering.

Founded by April Coviello on California’s Central Coast, Bougie Home grew from a lifelong need to create and an entrepreneurial spirit that was always looking for its next expression. What began as a creative outlet—making candles in the evenings and on weekends and sharing them with friends and family—slowly became something more.

Their enthusiasm encouraged April to keep creating. Over the next two years, she tested, refined, and reworked her fragrances until she found the distinctive, layered scent combinations she had been searching for. As people returned for more and word began to spread, one question kept coming to mind: If not now, when?

And so, Bougie Home was born.

Inspired by April’s love of travel, meaningful moments, and the natural beauty of California’s Central Coast, each fragrance has a story to tell.
