Refund policy

At Bougie Home, we take great pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect each order before it leaves our studio. Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns of used or opened items.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unused and unburned

• In their original packaging

• Free from damage or signs of use

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bougiehome.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the product

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow at least 10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or burned candles

• Opened diffusers or room sprays

• Gift cards

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items

• Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order once your eligible return has been approved.
